If there’s one thing I love..it’s spring! Seriously.
The weather gets warmer, the birds start chirping, and the flowers start to bloom. Honestly, what’s not to love?! And not having to wear a coat makes it even better. The transition into your spring wardrobe can be a bit tricky so I wanted to share one of my favorite looks; denim on denim.
Wearing denim on denim can sound like a bit too much, but it’s something that never goes out of style. Thank you, Britney & Justin? Today, I’ll explain how to get this effortless spring look with pieces you already have in your wardrobe!
Shoes|H&M (in-store) Bag|Forever 21
There are so many denim pieces. I mean, they’ve literally made everything in denim and in a variety of washes. I love mixing classic blue denim tops with white jeans because it’s so refreshing. Perfect for spring!
This look is very effortless which makes it a great transitional outfit. Starting to get chilly? Throw on your favorite bomber. It’s great for layering once the temp. starts to drop in the evening. If you really want to make this an effortless look then be sure to add on a pair of slip-on sneakers. There’s nothing that says effortless more than lazy shoes *wink* But, seriously. These shoes are super comfortable and the snakeskin print add such a stylish touch.
Also, this makes a great airport look. Speaking of traveling..I’ll be leaving on Wednesday to speak at the We All Grow Summit in California! I’m super excited and I can’t wait to meet some of you there. I’ll be sharing lots of traveling tips and looks this week on the blog so make sure you stay tuned!
