Florals. Crop Top. Matching Set. Yes!!
It was love at first sight when I spotted this beauty from Charlotte Ronson in JC Penney! I mean, how could it not be?! Matching sets were a big hit this year and they are so simple and effortless. The hard work is basically done for you (Genius!) and it’s extremely versatile. Not only is it perfect for pairing together, but you can also combine it with your favorite pieces in your wardrobe to create countless looks (stayed tuned). It’s definitely a bang for your buck!
I decided to go with the effortless look when I went out to dinner. This outfit is perfect for an evening out, date night, special event (think NYFW), and can even be styled appropriately for work. Ah…the options.
I went with gold and black accessories to compliment the look. Since the solid color is black you can pair it with gold or silver.
The chunky black and gold bangles add a bit of edge and added a statement ring (definitely a staple item) for some extra edginess. And if that wasn’t enough drama I added my favorite faux snakeskin heels from Call It Spring. I didn’t add a necklace because I didn’t want to take away from the pattern or have it get lost so I kept my accessories at my wrist *wink*
It’s a pretty busy pattern so I added a nude clutch from Aldo to tie it all in. When in doubt, go nude! Well, not literally.
