It’s finally here! Hip-hip-horayyy!
Yes, I may seem a little too excited, but at this point-can you blame me? I wore this outfit last saturday while I ran some much needed errands and got a spa manicure & pedicure with my mother. Plus, it was still daylight around 8 pm!
I’ve been into the whole color blocking thing because I just love the contrast of two bold colors and how well they can compliment each other. It’s something that I used to be scare of trying and I’m not really sure why because it’s pretty simplistic.
I paired this green top that I had gotten from Macy’s a long time ago with these blue high-waisted shorts from H&M. The outfit just pops! 
I went with some gold accessories to compliment the look and added some wedges for the ultimate summer feel. These wedges are my favorite and I’m not a huge fan of wedges, but when I saw them in Target (two years ago) I knew I had to have them.
My favorite thing about this shirt is the detailed zipper on the back. I just love how it adds that extra umph (is that how you spell it?) to make it stand out against all the other solids tops.

I’m sorry that this post was late and I’ve been MIA from YouTube! I have a clogged tear duct and I’m on antibiotics and eye drops so I look pretty scary and I’m not allowed to wear makeup just yet. I should be fully recovered by Monday so I’ll be back next week!
