There is something about Friday’s in the summer that just make them that more inviting. It’s the start of your weekend and happy hour can’t seem to come fast enough. But how do you get ready for Friday?
Pastels have been my go-to this summer because they just make everything seem so feminine and pretty and who doesn’t want that? I decided to bring back this lovely pastel pink studded peplum (check it out here in case you missed it)! I decided to go for a more casual look so it would be appropriate for those “dress down Friday’s”.
I’m a firm believer in how you dress affects how you feel, so I love this top because it makes me feel very girly and chic even when I add boyfriend jeans. Peplum tops can be a bit tricky depending on where they fall on your waist. You want it to accentuate your curves and not take away from them so make sure you try a bunch on before purchasing. 
The studs add a bit of edge to the top so I wanted to compliment them with some silver cocktail rings. I kept it nice and simple because sometimes less really is more!
I’m also loving this lipstick in the color “Duchess” by Lorac. It’s been my favorite brown nude lately and it’s so creamy (like butter!).
