It’s pretty hard to miss all the hype around Kylie’s new lipstick line. And I can’t deny that I haven’t been as obsessed as everyone else.
Can you blame me?!
Lucky enough for us I got my hands on the Kylie Cosmetics lip glosses and lip kits so I could review them for you and see if they were actually worth the hype. First off, the lip glosses! The current collection is made up of 3 shades; So Cute, Literally, and Like and they retail for $15 each.

The first color (below) is “So Cute”. This is a great nude gloss for anyone who is fair to medium complexion. It has more of a pinky/white cast so if you’re on the darker side than this will not be as flattering. If that is the case you can always mix it with a darker lip liner to make it work!
My favorite way to wear So Cute is with the Dolce K liner or Whirl from MAC.
Next is “Literally” lip gloss and this seems to be the favorite. It’s a “your lip color but better” type of shade which is perfect for everyday wear. I love pairing it with the Dolce K liner or Stripped Down by MAC.
And last, but not least is “Like”. This lip gloss is more on the warmer brown side. It’s very deep and rich which I like but still very wearable. This would be a great nude shade on darker complexions. I actually don’t use a liner with this shade, but if I was going to then I would probably reach for (you guessed it!) Dolce K.

And I’m sorry I went MIA for a little. I surprised my family in Georgia last Monday for Mother’s Day and I dropped my phone in the toilet while I was there! Gross, I know! I decided to just enjoy the time I had with my family and really take it all in so I waited until last night to get my phone replaced. But no worries, I’m back in action!
