Leather Jacket & Classic Red Lips

Well today is Thursday and you know what that means…TGIT!

Now, if you don’t know what I’m talking about then clearly you need some Shonda Rimes in your life! Grey’s Anatomy (my all-time favorite and classic), Scandal, and How to Get Away with Murder are all premiering tonight! I’m a HUGE fan so I get super excited for Thursday nights because that means teeth-clenching shows, white wine, and pizza. You can’t go wrong with that.

If you don’t follow me on social media (umm can we be friends?) then you don’t know that I cut my hair! *gasp* Clearly, nothing crazy. But, I did get 4″ taken off which is a lot for me and I l o v e it!! I haven’t had my hair this length in awhile and it was a good way to play around with the long bob idea but still keep some length. I told you-I have hair issues. I’ll be posting a tutorial on this hairstyle this weekend so make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss it.

To debut my hair, I wanted something that was clean and simple so what’s better than classic black and white? I love this color scheme because it’s so simple and super easy to achieve. Plus, this skirt is really a dress (check it out here)! It’s always fun wearing your pieces in different ways to spice up your wardrobe. This a huge help when you’re having trouble finding something to wear in your closet-which if you’re like me then it happens almost everyday.

Another staple? A good faux leather jacket (and a classic red lip). I can’t live without this one from H&M. We’re glued at the hip by this point and I hope you can see why. They are just so versatile. I know, I’ve told you millions of time already, but I mean it! You can even wear them with sweat pants and still look stylish! They take any outfit up a notch-so if you don’t have one yet then I don’t know what you’re waiting for!

I can’t believe my blog turned one yesterday! Crazy, right? The snow storm threw off all my plans for my blog-aversary but I’ll be posting all about it this weekend.
