Hate it or love it-I’m obsessed! I can’t get enough of baseball hats and I have no idea when this happened.
Personally, I used to hate wearing hats because of my big head (ain’t no shame) but lately I can’t stop. Being able to fall in and out of love with pieces is what I love about personal style. It’s completely up to you and there’s always a way to tweak a trend and make it fit like your own.
My favorite thing about wearing baseball hats is how they instantly add some sporty chic/edgy vibes to your look. And you know that’s right up my alley. Usually, I wear this hat when I’m having a lazy day because it’s so effortless but I decided to play around and create a look that wouldn’t be so…shall I say..predictable?
While browsing through the Forever 21 racks I found this unique top which I originally planned on wearing for NYFW. Let’s just say I wasn’t ready to freeze my butt off so it took a backseat. I decided to pair it with this snakeskin printed skirt that I had for a very chic look. I mean, how do you go wrong in all black? It’s always a win-win. But then I thought-why not add the hat? Mix it up a bit? And here we are. I loved the way it came out because it’s a very chic, but also has that street style feel to it.
