Spring is officially here! And I couldn’t be happier. Seriously.
This is my favorite season because the color palette is a bit softer, the days are longer, and it starts to warm up. Although, you wouldn’t guess that with the snow we got this morning.
Today, I wanted to share some of my spring must haves. I usually put together a mood/Pinterest board before I start shopping so I don’t over do it. Contrary to popular belief you don’t need a whole new wardrobe for each season. Unless you got Kardashian/Jenner money. The pieces I chose were inspired from some of the trends I saw hit the runway for S/S.
Yellow Lace Off-the-Shoulder Blouse: OTS tops are huge for spring/summer. I love the bright yellow. It pops so nicely against all white or even with denim jeans.
Brown Suede Belt: Suede is also very big for spring. I feel like it would be very uncomfortable to wear during the warm months so wearing it through your accessories is a great option. Plus, belts are a great way to style your jeans instead of spending more money on new denim.
Floral Dress: This is a no-brainer. Florals for spring? Duh. But, I love how effortless and feminine this dress is. It would be great to pair with some statement shoes.
Bomber: I’m literally obsessed. You know how much I love bomber jackets, but a blush pink bomber?! Heaven. Bombers are great for Spring because they’re light yet they keep you warm once the weather starts to cool off. Also love this-I’m waiting for them to re-stock.
Rose-Gold Sunglasses: As you know, I have one pair of sunnies that I tend to favor. So I figured Spring would be a good time to branch out. These are so chic-I mean, anything rose-gold is. Am I right?
Pleated Poppy-Red Dress: Pleats are also big for Spring. This dress is perfect for those day BBQ’s or even happy hour with your girlfriends. You can keep the look simple by adding minimalistic accessories or turn it up a notch by adding some statement pieces.
Yellow Bow-Tie Shoes: Statement shoes are great for spring. If you’re not into prints or patterns try going for bold colors. They’ll make quite the statement and complete any outfit.
What’s on your spring must haves list?
