Summer is officially upon us. Boy does that feel good to say.
This past weekend Garry and I had an impromptu date night. Aren’t those the best? My favorite thing about them is it usually winds up being a great time because you’re just winging everything. No room for disappointments. We spent Saturday morning running errands and the afternoon was dedicated to OITNB. I’m not sure how we were able to stop, but we did and decided to just get dressed (sorry PJ’s) and head to dinner.
For some reason, I always gravitate towards mustard yellow. I spotted this beauty of a skirt in H&M along with this black lace top and knew that it would be a perfect summer outfit. Lucky for me I had it hanging and ready to go so getting dressed was not a problem! Amen to that.
The contrast between the black lace and yellow skirt is perfect when you’re trying to add color into your wardrobe. As you know I’m not that big into color everyday but I do love it from time to time. Especially in the summer.
